Diagnostic Fee
A fixed diagnostic fee of ₹499 (GST included) is applicable and payable upon technician arrival. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a repair is carried out.
Repair Charges
Repair costs are provided post-diagnosis and depend on the issue. Charges must be paid immediately upon completion via UPI or cash.
Example Repair Cost Range:
- Heating Issue: ₹600–₹1,200
- Turntable Replacement: ₹800–₹1,500
Appointment & Cancellation
Customers must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a visit fee being charged.
Service Coverage
Currently, we serve locations within Bangalore city limits. For nearby areas, additional travel charges may apply.
Warranty
- 30-day free re-service guarantee on the same issue
- 90-day warranty on replaced parts
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
